About the Event

In the recent Smart City report by Roland Berger, Vienna was ranked number one out of 87 cities across the globe. It’s no wonder that this city will host the leading conference on the Internet of Things in Central Europe. M2M/IoT Forum CE will include seven inspiring keynotes from the thought leaders in the field, twenty case studies delivered by passionate innovators, as well as discussions, interactive workshops and plenty of networking opportunities with over 400 participants.

A wide range of presentations, keynotes and workshops will prove to all participants that IoT is not rocket science. Fifty international speakers set out to inspire the audience with their perspectives on the application of fascinating IoT technologies in all areas, from blockchain to wearables. Two panel discussions will present multiple viewpoints on the application of IoT in business and Industry 4.0.

Notable speakers during the Forum include Nils Müller from TRENDONE, who will share his insight on the IoT world in 2026, Karl-Heinz Land, a Digital Darwinist who will talk about developing an Internet of Service strategy, and Thorsten Schröer from IBM Germany with his cross-industry perspective on the future of IoT. The impressive lineup includes also Scott Amyx from Amyx+, voted as a Top 10 Global Speaker by Speaking.com. His keynote “How to successfully innovate in IoT” will open the second day of the conference.

Apart from multiple keynotes, the M2M/IoT Forum offers a workshop track. It will provide all participants with a hands-on interactive experience, allowing them to build their own IoT strategies while putting their freshly acquired knowledge into practice. Additionally, three parallel extension sessions will allow participants to deepen their knowledge about of Industrie4.0, IoT@work, Connected Mobility, Transport & Logistics, Smart City, Health & Wearables, Utility, Smart Home, as well as Smart Farming.

The Forum is coordinated by SUCCUS Conferences, a company specializing in organizing first-class B2B events in Germany and Austria. Their conferences always put special emphasis on innovation and feasibility. The M2M/IoT Forum is dedicated especially to entrepreneurs, managers, and CEOs of medium-sized and large enterprises responsible for digital leadership and innovation.
