About the Event
IT Days Warsaw (Warszawskie Dni Infortmatyki) is the biggest IT-related event in Poland, with over 5,500 attendees last year. That’s where people interested in IT can learn something new, no matter whether they’re just beginners or professionals with years of experience. During this two-days event there are almost a hundred presentations and workshops planned that cover a wide range of subject. If you’re currently looking for exciting job opportunities, there are also going to be Job Fairs so it might be just the thing you need to get your career started.
The presentations are not going to be boring and theoretical. They’re going to be based on real-life solutions, both good and bad. So you won’t just hear do this or that but you’ll also hear fuckup stories, that will show you exactly what to avoid. Of course, besides traditional presentations, you’re going to be able to participate in discussion panels and attend workshops where you’ll get more practice in a tech of your choice.
The main, although not all, topics of the conference are:
- Frontend – there’s going to be something for developers that specialise in either web development or Mobile (iOS / Android / Xamarin).
- Backend – .NET, JAVA, C / C++, Ruby, Python just to name a few.
- Programme testing,
- IT/Business analysis,
- Databases/ Data science,
- Server infrastructure management,
- Network infrastructure management,
- IT Security,
- Project Management,
- Startups and Innovation in technology.
The event is free of charge, so sign up now before it’s too late. Everyone gets a goodie bag and the first 200 – power banks. You’ll be able to attend all the workshops and talks, eat a slice of pizza for lunch so you won’t go hungry. To top all that, you’ll get a free taxi ride to the event and vouchers for your trip back to use in myTaxi app.
