People at Reaktor are doing everything to help Warsaw-based startups flourish. You might have heard about the OpenReaktor meetings they hold each month or the ReaktorX pre-accelerator programme that aims to help young startuppers launch their first big project. Now, it’s time to integrate the young academic community at ReaktorY, an event organised by Reaktor and Kronenberg Foundation at City Handlowy bank. The launch of ReaktorY is on June 6 in Warsaw.

“Our priority is the integration of the academic communities, especially students of tech and business courses, to help them create innovative solutions. The ReaktorY project’s main aim is the support of the fast-growing startup ecosystem in Warsaw,” says Diana Koziarska, CEO at ReaktorWarsaw.

It’s a perfect opportunity for bright minds to meet people from outside of their social bubble or university course. People studying at different universities, with different perspectives and ideas can meet and work on their project ideas and have someone else’s insights into what they’re doing. All that will take place under a watchful eye of mentors and will give all participants a great networking opportunity.

“Entrepreneurship has been in the Kronenberg Foundation at City Handlowy bank’s area of interests for years. Introducing young people to entrepreneurship is extremely important to us. We’d like to help them turn their novel ideas into profitable companies,” says Krzysztof Kaczmar, President of the Board at Citi Handlowy bank.

To participate sign up on ReaktorY website and describe your business idea. The authors of the best startup ideas will be contacted to present their solutions at the event. There are also going to be workshops where teams of students will be perfecting their projects with the help of experts.

Organisers will make sure the teams are diverse. That means that they will consist of people with different backgrounds so that their collaboration has a better chance to succeed. Don’t miss out on this opportunity of creating a functional and profitable business. Meet potential investors and lots of cool people.

You’ve got until June 2 to sign up for ReaktorY.
