It’s been a busy year for QuarticON.com, a company providing recommendation engine for e-commerce companies. They’re currently working with over thirty Czech clients and they’ve just opened their new office in Prague, all that to provide the best possible support to their Czech clients and expand their reach even more.
The engine generates over ten percent bigger revenue. How? They provide personalised recommendations to your clients, providing them with more shopping options. QuarticON.com bases their solution on your client’s activity so that the recommendations are really successful.
It’s not a try and hope for the best strategy; QuarticON analyses your business and finds the weak spots, finding the most optimal solutions that can raise your revene the most. What’s more, the solution is fit your website seamlessly, so that you don’t have to change it. The self-learning algorithms working real-time help to make sure your clients get the right recommendation at the right time.
“We use the power of big data and AI to make the shopping processes easier. We can see it’s working and giving real benefits to the clients all over the world. The recommendation widget matches the shop’s website, and engages the consumer. The research has shown that thanks to the QuarticON engine approximately every eighth buyer adds another product to the basket,” says Paweł Wyborski, QuarticON.com CEO. “What’s crucial, our solution does not require any complicated actions from the business owner.”
They are working for some big brands so their solutions are clearly working. Wondering who’s tried QuarticON? The list is long and fairly impressive: Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Tous, Quiosque, Yves Rocher, Topsecret, Sizeer, Timberland, Topmall, Black Red White, Ombre, Primamoda, Denley, and Eurofirany are just a few of their clients.
QuarticON.com COO Dariusz Knyziak claims they’re ready to expand to other European markets. Besides the Czech clients they’ve already got, they’ve got ten more companies testing their products. What’s more, they’ve expanded their business to the Baltic states and more countries are to follow. At the moment, companies in Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Spain and Portugal are testing their ecommerce solutions.
„We’ve noted the largest market share in personalisation solutions in Czech Republic. It’s a very important country for us and the new office and the ream working there will help us to take care of the current and future clients even better,” says Dariusz Knyziak.
