Legal matters are not something to trifle with, which is why the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, commonly known as PARP, is offering legal assistance to startups. The pilot programme “Legal advice for startups” is open for applications now, so if you are looking for some counselling, here’s your opportunity.
The programme is directed at SMEs that are under three years old. So if you’ve started talking to investors and have some a preliminary agreement, and you’re going to sign an investment agreement, this is something for you.
PARP offers you assistance in getting legal advice from one of the contracted legal firms. What you can get is a formal and legal analysis of the investment agreement, as well as assistance in negotiating the terms with your investor. The lawyers will help you get the most advantageous contract for you. The maximum support is 10,000 PLN, and the programme is supported by the State budget.
The total funding of “Legal advice for startups” is 470,000 PLN.
