Are you looking for a mid-week chance to network, and maybe listen to a few talks before that New Year inspiration cools off as January comes to an end? The first ever PLUGinWAW is coming up, and it may just be what you need.
On the last day of January, so this coming Wednesday, PLUGin’s Warsaw Chapter will gather at Google’s Campus Warsaw for the PLUGinWAW event. Titled “National Borders of Innovations: Do They Matter?”, the evening will revolve around the themes of national vs global innovations; political support for national innovations; national vs individual investor support, and the promotion of Polish innovators. The entire event will be held in English.
The event will consist a few parts – after a short while of networking at the beginning, the guests will get to hear about PLUGin itself. Then, the attraction of the evening will take place – a panel discussion about National Borders of Innovations, and whether they matter at this time in history.
PLUGin have gathered a group of panelists for the evening. The attendants will get to hear Marta Poślad – hHead of Public Policy CEE at Google, Martin Mellor – Head of Ericsson in Poland, startup specialist Marta Zucker, and Jachub Bochiński, PhD – the founder and council member of the Polonium Foundation, and Maciej Sadowski – President of the Board at Startup Hub Poland. The panel will be moderated by journalist Grzegorz Nawrocki.
Once the panel is over, the audience will get to participate in open space networking with all of the panelists. The evening will close with an afterparty at Łysy Pingwin Bar at Ząbkowska 11.
With all of this on the agenda, PLUGinWAW sounds like an evening you simply cannot miss. See you there!
