KRK InnoTech Summit: Opening Innovations
About the Event
In the newest edition of our To Do series, we have yet another last minute proposition for you. If by any chance you’ll find yourself free and near Krakow tomorrow, we’ve got the afternoon planned out for you. KRK InnoTech Summit is coming up tomorrow, and you simply can’t miss it.
KRK InnoTech Summit, also known as KITS, is the city’s annual initiative meant to welcome the technologies developed at Krakow’s universities to the business world. By connecting the local researchers with investors, the city hopes to foster good business relations, and accelerate the commercialization of locally developed technologies. Established as a part of the “Malopolska – here technology becomes business” program, KITS is also a nod to Krakow’s complex startup community, which is known for organizing numerous tech and networking events each year.
The afternoon will be filled with 1:1 networking meetings between upcoming innovators and investors, but that’s not all! Participants will also get to attend several discussion panels and talks conducted by beneficiaries of local acceleration programs. Confirmed guests include Maja Matuszewska of Startup Academy, Magdalena Jabłońska – President of the Board at MIT Enterprise Forum Poland, and Co-founder and CEO of Spokoloko – Dimitri Khlopkov.
So, no matter if you’re a startup aficionado, an investor, a scientist, or even a student – you’ll surely find your place at this year’s KRK InnoTech Summit. If you’d like to attend the event, all you need to do is confirm your attendance on its eventbrite page. For more information, feel free to check out KITS’ facebook event page.
