Design-driven growth. The business value of design.
Krzysztof Langer
Mateusz Zabierowski
Natalia Pawlik
Anna Wojcieszczak
The future is not linear and it is not the place we are heading to. It is the result of our decisions. What we can be sure of, is that the business models we design today wonʼt stay with us in a decade from now – at least not in the form they currently have. To manage the uncertainty of future change, it is good to include design practice and its methods in your companyʼs DNA and experiment with possible scenarios. This will help you create a well-equipped environment within your companyʼs structure, that ensures conditions for the innovation growth.

GovTech Poland Workshop
Justyna Orłowska – GovTech
Do you want to have say in how public services are offered? Do you enjoy a challenge? Is innovation your middle name? Then the GovTech Polska workshop is exactly for you!
After last year’s success, we are coming back with more challenges where you can win not only cash prizes, but also full implementation contracts worth hundreds of thousands. Since we want the experience to be as convenient as possible, we want to first hear your feedback on the challenges’ every aspect – from what we need, to what we offer back in prizes and data, to how we’ll be evaluating submissions. We’ll listen to every comment and make sure they are reflected as we open the contests later this year.
Do you specialise in image recognition? Perhaps data science, or AI? If so, the Polish Senate, Patent Office, TAURON, LOTTO and PKN ORLEN will all want to hear your feedback on their ideas for challenges. Participation is entirely free and the only prerequisite is being ready to give feedback which could shape your experience as participants and later as users. This is a unique opportunity for you to be the one to challenge the public sector and learn more about their challenges in return. We’ll also have an option for those of you who would prefer to participate remotely. Looking forward to seeing you there!
