Alicja Hlibowicka is part of the Institutional Relationship Management team at European Investment Fund, where she oversees fundraising activities and manages relationships across Europe. Prior to this role, she supported the EIF's SME guarantee activities across the EU, with a focus on France and Poland. Alicja is Polish but grew up in Canada and studied on both sides of the ocean. Before joining the European Investment Fund, Alicja worked at RBS, Scotia Capital and Kline. She was also an author in ABN Amro's innovation department, where she supported articles on financial innovation and technology. Alicia is also very active in the European art community.
