Adam Czerniak is a PhD in economics, research director and chief economist at the Policy Insight think tank, and head of the Department of Institutional and Political Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. Until 2012 he worked as a bank economist, before that he worked with the World Bank and the FOR Foundation, and was a fellow at the Ronald Coase Institute. He is a founding member of the Lease Market Laboratory and author of scientific publications on economic sociology, institutional economics and real estate market functioning. Polish representative on the board of the European Master in Official Statistics operating at Eurostat in the term 2021-2023.
