At the beginning of 2021, he took the position of Business Development Manager at THE WAY agency, which is the executive producer of Impact CEE. In the organization, he is responsible for strategy, marketing and new business. Przemysław Kurdziel has over 10 years of experience in the marketing industry, which he gained by carrying out activities both on the side of the agency and an international corporation. In 2020 he held the position of Business Development Director at the Allegro Brand Experience Agency, in which he was responsible for the implementation of the agency's long-term strategy related to the expansion of competences in the area of ​​brand experience in Poland and on foreign markets. His role was also to search for and implement new processes and tools to improve the work of the team, as well as search for competitive advantages.During his work in Focus Media Group, as New Business Director he was responsible for creating and implementing the business strategy of Focus Media Group and Imagine Nation, defining business priorities and directions agency development and implementation. He was also involved in tendering activities, acquiring new clients and developing cooperation with contractors of the agency. Previously, for almost 4 years he was associated with Walk, where as a Business Development Manager in Walk Events he was responsible for activities in the area of ​​new business, building relationships with key clients of the agency and conducting tender processes. He also coordinated issues related to sponsorship partnerships in projects such as VERVA Street Racing 2016 or ORLEN Warsaw Marathon 2017. Previously, he worked as a Marketing Specialist in the consulting company EY (formerly: Ernst & Young), leading, inter alia, the company's largest marketing project – the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition. Przemysław is also involved in teaching activities. Classes at the Kozminski University and the University of Warsaw, introducing students to the issues of brand management and event marketing. From 2020, he is a member of the Consulting Council for Marketing and Digital Transformation of the Kozminski University, which contributes to the better definition of effective cooperation between business and the academic community and aims to make students enter the labor market even better prepared.
