I have over 14 years experience in representing and advising major investors in the real estate industry sector.

I have advised Polish and international clients in transactions related to the sale and acquision of warehouse, office, and other commercial real estate, as well as their financing. I have participated in dozens of major commercial real estate transactions by preparing and negotiating the necessary documentation.

I focuse my practice on real estate and corporate law, including, among other things, large real estate acquisitions, and corporate restructuring projects.

I also advise on various environmental law matters.

I have graduated from the University of Warsaw and received a doctorate in environmental law at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
