Director of Technology Development Office in ARP S.A.
Lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lublin, Postgraduate Studies in Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics, PhD studies at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and EMBA studies at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. For many years he was involved in the management of EU funds, among others related to the digitization of administration and construction of broadband Internet infrastructure in rural areas. At present, he is the Director of the Technology Development Office at the Industrial Development Agency S.A. where he deals, among others, with supporting the development of innovative industries such as space technology, robotics and industrial automation, as well as implementing pro-innovative services in large enterprises. He is the author of ARP SA business strategy in the area of space technologies and the initiator of activities included in it: the internship program, loan and investment instruments, ARP Space Academy, technology transfer program. As a part of ESA BIC Poland consortium, he is responsible on behalf of ARP SA for coordinating establishment of a business incubator in Poland. Member of TASK FORCE-PL – task force for the selection of projects financed by the European Space Agency at the Ministry of Development and member of the Supervisory Board of Creotech Instruments SA. Member of the Board of the Space Sector Employers Union.
