He has been working at Provident Polska for over fifteen years.

He participates in the development of the company and increasing its competitiveness in the market by implementing a broadly understood human resources management policy, in particular in the areas of personnel, training and development. Creates and implements solutions in the area of personnel matters. He is responsible for the strategy and its implementation within the scope of social dialogue with Trade Unions and Employee Forum. She coordinates projects related to building commitment within the company.

She started her professional career as an academic teacher at the University of Trade and Law in the Labour Law Department; she has been working in business for many years, from the very beginning connected with the HR department. Member of the Labour Market Council of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan and of the last term of the Supreme Employment Council at the Ministry of Labour.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Szczecin and holds a PhD in law from the Polish Academy of Sciences.
