Customer Experience Director and member of the Allegro management team. He is responsible for transformation of the company's customer service department and implementation of the new strategy to increase satisfaction and shopping experience of millions of platform's clients as well as seller support. Under his leadership, the company implemented a process-driven structure, improved key performance indicators and launched new contact channels in online and social media. Prior to joining Allegro, Kłoczewiak held various managerial positions in the largest Polish customer-focused companies, including top telecoms. He was Vice-President of Liberty Global/UPC Polska, managing Customer Care & Customer Experience department in the CEE Region. Before that, he served as President of Polish Orange subsidiaries: Contact Center and Orange Customer Service. He is a graduate of Warsaw University and MBA studies at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
