Ph.D., Professor at UKSW. Lecturer in Political Science and International Relations at Cardinal St. Wyszynski University in Warsaw since 2007, previously Deputy Director of the Polish Institute in Bratislava in 2000-2004, Centre for Eastern Studies in 2005-2008, and International Visegrad Fund Representative for Poland in 2013-2016. Author of numerous scientific and expert publications on Central Europe, the Visegrad Group and the Tri-City Initiative.
