VP of Technology
He is a member of the Tech Exec Team at Allegro. He is responsible for building and leading the Technical Platform and Operations team, which provides the technological foundations, development ecosystem, governance and processes for building the Allegro platform. He has been working in Allegro for 16 years and during this period has been responsible for various technology and operations teams and areas within Allegro. Responsible for the transformation of infrastructure teams towards the use of agile methodologies and IT performance management. Involved in the organization and participation in many initiatives to build the technical community in Poland. He graduated the MBA studies at the Poznań University of Economics and postgraduate studies at the Institute of Telecommunications and Communications in Warsaw as well as the TGM Executive Education programme at Insead Business School.
