Jozef Klassen is the Chief Revenue Officer at the European open banking leader Aiia, a Mastercard company.

Jozef has over 12 years experience in the financial industry and is an economist by training. Starting his career at The Dutch Central Bank in Amsterdam and later for Kempen & Co.

During these years Jozef combined a career in finance with an elite sports career, representing The Netherlands in the Holland 8 at both the Beijing and London Olympics. Post training for the Rio Olympics, Jozef turned his hunger for innovation to fintech, working with multiple startups across Europe. In his current role, Jozef leads Aiia's rapidly growing list of partnerships and clients across Europe
