He has been working for PayU since 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in the
payments industry. He manages operations across LATAM and EMEA markets. Before taking COO
position he was responsible for product development and strategic initiatives implementation
in CEE. Andrzej holds a PhD in Economics from the Poznan University of Economics.
