Katarzyna has been working in the field of Human Resources for more than 20 years. In that time, she has worked in various positions including, HR Trainer; Development and Management Consultancy; Career Coach and lawyer, focusing specifically on labour law.
Since 2018, he has been Senior HR Auditor at the Top Employers Institute, where she is responsible for the certification and audit process in Poland. Before joining TEI, she worked in management positions, including as Editor-in-Chief of “Personnel and Management” and HR manager. On several occasions, she organised and led events and debates at specialist conferences. She has also written published articles in the fields of labour law, management and HRM.
