Dorota has been involved in the business for 20 years. During this time Dorota held positions mainly in the commercial areas of education and HR. She has been working in the Top Employers Institute for 10 years. In the beginning she focused on HR project analysis and management and then she took responsibility for the commercial part. Currently, Dorota supervises development of the Top Employers Certification Program in the CEE region and she manages marketing, communication and sales teams in this region. She is also the author of many publications mainly about Employer Branding, Leadership, and HR.
