She has almost 20 years of experience in HR, in a multicultural environment. In 2020 she took the position of HR Lead at MSD Poland.
She leads initiatives such as organisational culture building, talent management and organisational development and anti-crisis activities. For years, she has been committed to consciously shaping an inclusive workplace, emphasising the key role of leaders and open, trust-based communication with employees.
