Director of Retail Client Department in mBank

Employed with mBank since 2006. He managed the MultiBank and mBank press offices in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In the marketing team, as deputy director, he created and implemented the communication strategy for individual and corporate segments of retail banking. He participated in the rebranding project and managed the communication stream in the MultiBank migration. Co-authored the development strategy of mBank in the youth segment. Currently heads the individual client department. He is responsible for acquisition and value proposition for segments, building customer engagement, direct communication, coordinates ESG activities in retail banking including the Healthy Finance project.
