Beata Skowron-Mielnik, PhD, Associate professor at Poznań University of Economics and Business. Lecturer and HR expert, she has been creating subjects, programmes and coordinates studies in this field for years. Propagator of flexible work practices, author of articles and books on work organisation, including hybrid working, time management, competence development, and interim management. She places particular emphasis on the fact that science should be "practical and applied". She initiated and coordinated a number of projects for and with business, including Diversity Business Meetings in Poznań, HR Academy PUEB and the "HR BP for HR mentees" mentoring program. Former DAAD scholarship holder at the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich. Passionate about work organisation (everywhere), good movies and rock music.
