Employee of the Human Capital Institute at the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been active in the HR environment for over 20 years. He worked as a manager in Polish and international consulting companies. He held the position of Personal Director – Board Representative. He continuously cooperates with many companies, associations and public institutions in Poland and abroad.
He has developed Human Capital management tools and led numerous projects in the area of organisation building and optimisation. His areas of specialisation are strategic human capital management, design and implementation of effective management systems and leadership. His experience also includes consulting in competence development projects (development of competence systems, periodic evaluation and AC/DC tools) and implementation of change management projects at the level of legal regulations (state), groups of companies and public organisations, individual companies and groups of employees.
He has conducted research on remuneration systems, good HRM practices, career counselling, labour market, managerial competences and leadership. He is the author of many books and over 200 articles, reports and expert opinions on human capital management and leadership.
