20 years of experience in managing CyberSecurity, IT and Operations areas in international financial institutions both in Poland and Western Europe.
Responsible for the CyberSecurity, Business Continuity Management and Governance areas in BNP Paribas Bank. He led and participated in many projects on implementation of innovative CyberSecurity systems, IT, centralization of operations, cloud services, restructuring and cost optimization.
Between 1998 and 2015 at Rabobank he was responsible for, among others, the areas of Operations, IT, the establishment of the online bank Rabodirect and the Shared Services Center.
He has extensive experience in introducing the latest technologies, e-commerce, business continuity and security. He gained his professional experience in Poland, Germany, France, Spain and Ireland.
