Supervises Personal Finance Banking Area, including Consumer Finance Sales Division, Automotive – Personal Finance Sales Division, B2C Sales Department, New Business Models and Innovations Department PF, Product Development and Customer Relationships Department PF, Partner Services and Insurance Banking Department PF, Operations Department PF, Planning and Finance Department PF.
A graduate of the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine. He also completed marketing studies at HEC in Paris and management studies at the Ukrainian Academy of Corporate Governance.
He has been involved in banking for over 15 years. Between 2002 and 2003 he worked for Bank Aval (Raiffeisen Bank Aval) as Director of Consumer Finance Department. From 2003 to 2007 he held the position of Head of Retail Banking Business Line in Universal Development and Partnership Bank (Foxtrot Group) and then from 2007 to 2008 the position of Deputy Head of Retail Banking Business Line and Head of Product Management in Kreditprombank. In 2008, he joined the BNP Paribas Group as Director of Sales and Marketing and Deputy Head of Personal Finance Business Line at Ukrsibbank (BNP Paribas Group). In 2014, he was nominated as Business Line Director of Personal Finance and Member of the Executive Board of Ukrsibbank, and then as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board. During his more than 15 years of professional work in financial institutions, he has been involved in numerous projects for the creation, deep transformation or comprehensive modernization of retail banking operations: consumer loans, credit cards, vehicle financing, mortgages, payments, savings products, debt collection, call center. A solid background in finance has provided the foundation for acquired high-level skills in many areas of banking such as sales and marketing, financial planning and budgeting, operational and credit risk management, market analysis, customer satisfaction management, large-scale operations including call center, customer service, telemarketing, risk underwriting and collections. Since October 2019, he is Vice President of the Board of Executives of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. supervising the Personal Finance Banking Area.
