Co-leader of Decision Support initiative (www.wsparciedecyzji.pl), PhD in economic sciences – research and didactic worker at Poznań University of Economics, ICAN Institute expert, for 17 years coach, HR expert and consultant in the field of human resources management, organisation of HR functions, organisation and management methods and leadership. He has conducted over 2500 hours of training, workshops, coaching sessions and provided business advice to dozens of companies from various industries. He is the co-creator and manager of elite coaching and managerial postgraduate studies "Master of Business Training" at Poznań University of Economics. He gained his practical experience, on the basis of which he solves his clients' business problems, while holding managerial and executive positions (i.a. He was a co-author of training programmes implemented as part of nationwide projects financed by the EU. In the process of implementation of consulting and training projects, he combines practical experience with the latest trends and results of scientific research, which he conducts at the Poznań University of Economics. He is the author of the monograph entitled 'Personnel function in a company. He is the author of the monograph entitled "Personnel function in a company. Current trends and development prospects", as well as over 40 other publications in the field of management, published in trade magazines and scientific publications in Poland and abroad.
