He started working for Scania Polska in the mid-1990s, taking part
In the mid-1990s he participated in building the organisation and was responsible for sales and marketing of trucks. For three years he also gathered experience at Scania headquarters in Sweden in the strategy and product development department. Then he returned to Poland and from 2005, as Branch Manager of Scania Krakow, he was responsible for sales and service operations of Scania vehicles in the Lesser Poland, Swietokrzyskie and Podkarpackie regions.

From 2013 he served as General Manager of Scania Ukraine,
and later Scania Russia. At Scania headquarters, he was responsible
for preparing the company's global network to sell and service electric vehicles. He has held his current position since August 2021.
