He graduated from Kozminski University in Warsaw with a master's degree in management, specialisation: Psychology in Management and Executive MBA studies at the University of Warsaw. He holds International Coaching Community (ICC) certification and has completed a number of specialist training courses in management (including Achieve Global, The John Maxwell Team), sales and project management organised, inter alia, by EY and UniMangement Italy implemented in cooperation with international business schools (including IMD Switzerland, INSEAD France, Bocconi University Italy).
He is a Member of the Founders' Council of the Warsaw Banking Institute Foundation, Member of the Supervisory Board, Pekao Direct Sp. and Member of the Management Board of the Bank Pekao S.A. Foundation. He is also a member of the Polish Human Resources Management Association, the Sectoral Competence Council for the Financial Sector and a member of the Qualification Standards Committee of the Polish Bank Association.
He has experience in the area of strategic human resources management, management development and leadership.
