Since 2016, she is also responsible for the development of the Diversity Charter and cooperation with the Diversity Charters Platform at the European Commission.
Expert in sustainable development, diversity management, jury member of many competitions: Verba Veritatis, LGBT+,Business Awards, Charity Stars, Pen of Responsibility, People who change business.
On a daily basis, she manages the FOB Team, participating in shaping all projects and programmes, combining this with work in the Board on the strategic development of the organisation.
An expert previously associated with the business sector, the financial-insurance and energy industries, where she was responsible for corporate communication projects, dialogue with local communities and the creation of sustainable development and responsible business strategies in large capital groups.
A graduate of Polish Philology at Warsaw University, postgraduate studies in PR, marketing and CSR in Poland and abroad at, among others, the University of Geneva and Cambridge University.
Privately, she cannot imagine life without friends and reading.
