David Krivanek is the Programme Manager for International Development at the Impact Investing Institute, a UK-based non-profit dedicated to supporting the growth and improving the effectiveness of the impact investing market. He leads the Institute’s international work, which included leading the secretariat for the G7 Impact Taskforce, an independent, industry-led effort mandated by the UK Government under its G7 presidency in 2021. An economist by training, David previously worked at the United Nations, where he was on the Young Professionals Programme. He held various UN research and programme management posts in Lebanon and Geneva, including with the International Labour Organisation, the UN economic and social commission for Arab States and the UN Human Rights Council. David was previously an analyst at the Economist Intelligence Unit and Editor at openDemocracy.
