Director of Retail Client Division

A graduate of the University of Economics and the Poznań School of Banking, where he completed his post-graduate studies.

He has been working for the PKO Bank Polski Group since 1996. He started his career in the PKO Bank Polski Branch in Gniezno, where he created a team and regulations related to enterprise service and co-created a project of limiting unemployment through entrepreneurship activation. Since 2001 in the Regional Branch in Poznań, initially as the manager of the newly created area of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, then as the Sales Director responsible for this area. Internal trainer and lecturer in the field of evaluating creditworthiness of enterprises. He managed a project of implementation of a new operating system in the Poznań region of PKO Bank Polski. For nearly 8 years he was responsible for shaping the bank's network of branches and agencies in Wielkopolska and the southern part of Lubuskie Voivodship. He co-created the currently implemented strategy of servicing companies and enterprises in PKO Bank Polski. Currently, as Director of Retail Client Division, he is responsible for product offer and processes in this segment of PKO Bank Polski clients.
