Deputy Director of the Department of Research and Innovation at the Łukasiewicz Centre, responsible for building the R&D project consotria, identification of prospective research directions, defining the research agenda as well as the needs and gaps in the research infrastructure at the Łukasiewicz, cooperation with industry experts, as well as defining new Łukasiewicz Programs.

He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Microelectronics, Photonics and Microsystems at the Wroclaw University of Technology. He defended his PhD in solid-state electronics at the Institute of Electron Technology in the field of flexible and transparent electronics and biosensors. He developed the novel technology for non-invasive glucose detection based on thin-film transistors. He was a scholarship holder at the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. He is a graduate of the leadership programmes at IESE Business School in Madrid.
