BIO

Banker with over 20 years of experience in Poland and abroad. She currently oversees the Corporate Banking Division at Bank Pekao S.A. She joined Pekao Bank in 2018 as Managing Director in the Corporate Banking Department, before being appointed Vice President of the Bank's Management Board in December of the same year. She is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pekao Factoring and Member of the Supervisory Board of Pekao Leasing. She sits on the Business Council of the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University, in the Executive Education Team – Executive MBA@UW. She is the initiator of the "No Sugar" programme for women, which was awarded the main prize in the prestigious competition "HR OF CHANGE".

She started her professional career in 1999 in Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., holding various managerial positions, including Sales Director of the Northern Region and Director of the Public Sector Office for Regions, managing the Corporate Clients Department. At the same bank, she also led the Strategy Champions Group. In 2016-2017 she managed the Corporate Banking Department within the CEEMEA Commercial Banking Group of Citigroup.

During her more than twenty years in banking, she has gained extensive experience in various aspects of the bank's operations, in particular sales, risk, operations or the foreign exchange market. She worked with different customer segments – from retail, through small, medium and large enterprises, institutional and public sector clients to international corporations.

She graduated from Executive MBA studies at Warsaw University, postgraduate studies at Stanford Graduate Business School and graduated from University of Gdańsk. She has completed numerous trainings in Poland and abroad, including credit risk management, financial analysis and sales. In 2013, she graduated from the Commercial Credit College in the USA New York within Citigroup.
