Minister-Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission at the Swedish Embassy in Warsaw since August 2020. Ms Uggla is a career diplomat who joined the Swedish Foreign Service in 2006. She has previously been posted to the Swedish Embassies in Islamabad and New Delhi, and to the Swedish Mission to the UN in Geneva. She has also worked at the Foreign Ministry in Stockholm in various capacities, most recently on EU policy issues as Sweden’s Deputy European Correspondent. Ms Uggla is a graduate from the Stockholm School of Economics with a Masters’ degree in International Economics.
