Director of Sales and Cooperation with Settlement Agents at Fundacja Polska Bezgotówkowa (Foundation for Cashless Poland), where she co-creates the Support Programme for Cashless Trade. She is responsible for business development and relations with settlement agents. She prepares and supervises sales support programmes, searches for new groups of customers and possibilities to reach them, conducts sales and product training. She is a business development expert with an extensive knowledge of the payment card market in Poland with over 30 years of experience. She specializes in managing sales networks, building sales and marketing strategies of financial sector companies. She gained her knowledge of financial issues while studying at the Cracow University of Economics and the Higher School of Banking and Insurance in Warsaw. The next stage was a postgraduate course "Psychology of Attitude and Behaviour Changes" organized by Warsaw University and "CSR-Strategy of Responsible Business" conducted by Kozminski University. Monika Grabowska has been involved in the financial market for many years. She started her career in banking: BGK, Kredyt Bank, PBK SA, BPH SA, PKO BP. From 2007, she worked for Diners Club as Sales and Marketing Director and then as Development and Product Manager. After work, she cooks and enjoys vegetarian cuisine. Her passion is reading thriller and crime books. She dreams about travelling again, preferably in Asia.
