BIO

Coordinator for neuroscience and psychophysiology at Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center (PSNC) affiliated to the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, Polish Academy of Sciences in Poznan, Poland.

Since 2018, during his activities at PSNC, he has been involved in R&D projects related to the development of information and communication systems for data analysis and visualization. He has also been participating in application of technologies and algorithms in psychological and medical sciences scenarios, as well as in commercial user experience research.

His two main projects at the moment are ECBiG-MOSAIC – where he develops data-based models for applications in cardiological and oncological research, and PosEmo – an automated system measuring person’s interest and activity based on data from video stream from a web camera.

He has authored and co-authored research papers in professional journals covering domains such as: neuropsychology, human-computer interaction, signal analysis, biomedical data science, and higher education
