President of the Polish Audit Supervision Agency (PANA) since its establishment in 2020. From 2016 to 2020, he worked at the Ministry of Finance as Deputy Director of the Financial Market Development Department. There he was responsible, among others, for the regulation of the capital market and payment systems and for the preparation of the government's Capital Market Development Strategy. In 2018-2019 he was a representative of the Minister of Finance at the Financial Supervision Commission. Before working in public administration, he worked in the financial sector and co-founded a start-up in the energy industry.
Author of several scientific publications and co-author of the first monograph on the investment activities of sovereign wealth funds on the Polish market.
He graduated in Finance and Strategy at the Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po) in Paris and in Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed doctoral studies in economics at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
