Management practitioner, assistant professor, academic lecturer in the Department of Management at the Warsaw School of Banking and MBA Clark University. For over 20 years he has been involved in the Human Resources area, working in consulting and training with over a thousand organisations. Member of the Scientific Council at the Łukasiewicz Research Network of the Institute of Organisation and Management in Industry. Author of the book "Knowledge Management in Organisations in Times of the Seniorisation of Society". (PWE 2020) and "HRM Practice 3", Extended DISC consultant. He has written several scientific publications and several hundred articles popularising knowledge in the field of management, among others in Harvard Business Review and Personel i Zarządzanie. He is involved in research on the impact of society seniorisation processes on knowledge management processes in organisations, organisation culture, leadership and process management.
