Anna Mistewicz serves as HR Director at Angelini Pharma Poland, the Polish branch of the Italian pharmaceutical company, which she joined in 2019. As a Board Member, she is responsible for the People&Culture area.
In addition to nearly 20 years of activity in HR management at different levels and in different sectors, she enjoys supporting non-governmental organisations with management consulting.

She is motivated both by the need to create positive changes, and the desire to support employees
in achieving their goals: both professional and non-business ones. She firmly believes that in a modern economy, respect, open discussion and concern for psychological safety are the basis for achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
As a certified crisis intervener, she devotes her time to building awareness in business of the importance of psychological wellbeing of employees and its impact on business performance. She pays special attention to understanding and counteracting the phenomenon of professional burnout and is the initiator of the social campaign "Professional Burnout on Purpose". Her non-professional passion is zoopsychology and fighting for animal rights.
