A manager with many years of experience. At the beginning of her professional career, she worked for ENEA Serwis sp. z o.o. (1998-2017), where she developed the HR area and subsequently took the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Employee Affairs. Subsequently, President of the Management Board of ENERGA Logistyka sp. z o.o., since March 2018. President of the Management Board of ANWIL S.A., a company belonging to ORLEN Group.

Focused on development, dynamic, and above all caring for her team, she is guided by the maxim that people are the greatest strength of a company. She is particularly committed to issues related to corporate social responsibility, which she treats as equal to business objectives.

She graduated from the Bydgoszcz Academy (now the K. Wielski University in Bydgoszcz) in Administration and holds an MBA from the Poznań University of Economics. She also completed postgraduate studies in the fields of: Accounting, Economic Analysis and Controlling (Poznań University of Economics) and Integrated Information Systems (L. Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw), as well as the Academy of Human Capital Management at IBD Business School Sp. z o.o.
