Director of the Research and Innovation Department at the Łukasiewicz Centre, where he deals with issues such as international cooperation, scientific mobility and cooperation with universities. He gained experience in scientific and innovation activities at the EIT Food CLC North-East (one of the communities of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology), where he dealt with support for innovation and start-ups in the agri-food sector in Central and Eastern Europe. He also worked at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, where he dealt with international cooperation with the OECD and the European Commission. He was involved in the creation of the national operational programmes in the part concerning research and innovation (POIR, RPO), the system of tax reliefs for research and development in Poland and regulations concerning commercialisation of research and development results of universities. He is also a researcher at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw (PhD on internationalisation strategies of steel enterprises defended at the Warsaw School of Economics).
