From 1 April 2019 Vice President for Research and Development at the Łukasiewicz Research Network, the third largest employment network research organisation in Europe, bringing together 26 research institutes and providing comprehensive solutions for business. Previously the Director of the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing, where he was also the Head of the Centre for Electronic Economy. He is also associated with the banking market in the area of credit risk management.
An expert in research, development and management of national and international projects in the field of digital economy. For many years, he has been involved in work on the development of e-government in Poland and in the European Union. A leader of works on the pilot version of the Single Point of Contact in Poland (biznes.gov.pl) and cross-border digital public services within the EU Large Scale Pilot projects. He co-authored proposals to simplify the law and optimise processes removing barriers to digitisation of public services. Business leader of the stream Digital Public Services and Portal of the Republic of Poland within the program "From Paper to Digital Poland".
Doctor of Economics at the Poznań University of Economics. Author of over 50 publications including articles, studies and books on digital economy and banking. Co-author of feasibility studies and financial analyses. Trainee at the University of Bordeaux and the University of Geneva. Since May 2021, a member of the Advisory Board of Business & Science Poland.
