Vice-President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. He has many years of experience in large capital companies as a board member and director. He gained his professional experience in industrial companies and parent companies of holding structures (energy, fuels, public sector).
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, where he earned his doctorate in European Union law and subsequently his habilitation in economic law. He also completed the Summer Advanced Course in European Law programme of the University of London, King's College, Centre of European Law; the International Business and Trade Summer School programme of the Catholic University of America – Columbus School of Law and the École de droit français of the Université d'Orléans.
In 2018, he obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration from École de management de Normandie / AESE Business School / Cracow University of Economics.
