He graduated with honors from the University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Faculty of Management, majoring in Management and Marketing, and from the University of Economics in Krakow, Faculty of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking.

He started his professional career in 1994 at Big Bank S.A. and at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, where he worked as an assistant at the Faculty of Management. From 1996 to 1997, he worked at Raiffeisen Centrobank S.A. Branch in Kraków – he was responsible for building relationships with corporate clients.

From September 1997, Jarosław Fuchs worked for Société Générale Branch in Warsaw as a senior marketing specialist in the Sales Office in Krakow. Since October 2000 he has been working for Fortis Bank Polska S.A. as a Senior Client Advisor in the Business Center for Medium and Large Enterprises.
In March 2003, Jarosław Fuchs joined Bank Millennium S.A. as Senior Expert and then Director of the Małopolska Business Centre (Medium and Large Enterprises). In August 2004, he joined Bank BPH S.A. in Krakow.

Since December 2007 he has been working for Bank Pekao S.A., where he initially held managerial positions in the field of corporate client relationship management. Since March 2011, Jarosław Fuchs has been responsible for private banking client relationship management and private banking advisor team management as Regional Sales Office Director in Krakow. Simultaneously, from 2013 Jarosław Fuchs was also employed in the Central Brokerage House of Bank Pekao S.A. as a Regional Director in the Strategic Clients Office, being responsible for distribution of investment products for strategic clients.

Jarosław Fuchs meets the eligibility requirements specified in Article 22aa of the Banking Law Act.
