Marcin Matuszak is a graduate of the Poznań University of Technology, who has been connected with the automotive industry all his professional life. For many years he held the position of Board Representative for Energy at Volkswagen Poznań. He was responsible among others for the implementation of ISO 50 001 standard.

Author of many projects improving energy efficiency and reducing energy costs. Co-author of the first in Europe project of heat recovery from technological processes enabling energy transfer to the municipal heat network. Thanks to this solution, he won the title of the most innovative energy project implemented in Volkswagen concern.

He was also awarded by the German Energy Agency, among others.

Expert in working groups dealing with energy consumption optimisation in Volkswagen production plants all over the world.
