BIO

He graduated with honors from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology. In 2005 (at the same university) he was awarded a PhD in technical sciences, specializing in microelectronics. At the Warsaw University of Technology he worked at the Institute of Microelectronics and Optoelectronics (IMiO) in the Department of Design Methods in Microelectronics, first as an assistant and after his PhD until 2015 as an assistant professor.
In the meantime he has been professionally connected with the Institute of Electron Technology in Warsaw, where in 2006 he started working as an assistant professor in the Department of Integrated Circuits and Systems Design. During this time, he has been very actively involved in international cooperation and using the experience of his predecessors and the unusual potential of the Institute, he and his colleagues have been successfully building international cooperation and still developing international contacts with partners from all over Europe. The measure of success is a dozen or so acquired and completed research projects financed both from national and international funds obtained under successive EU and national framework programs.
After another 6 years of work, in 2012 he took the position of Head of the Department of Integrated Circuits and Systems Design – ITE, which in 2021 was transformed into the Research Group functioning within the established Łukasiewicz – Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics (Łukasiewicz-IMiF).
He was a supervisor of engineering and master theses and a lecturer at the Warsaw University of Technology. He is the author of several dozen scientific publications and the Leader of the Research Group for Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems – Łukasiewicz-IMiF. For nearly a quarter of a century he has been actively involved in the field of microelectronics.
