Previously she held the position of HR Director at Microsoft Poland, where she was responsible for leading the organization through a 3-year period of transformation and change. Prior to that, she spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble where she was responsible for numerous systemic, cultural and organizational evolutions. While working for Procter & Gamble Daria spent 7 years in Geneva where she implemented regional HR strategy and spearheaded the regional integration linking Western Europe units with CEE, Middle East and Africa region.
