Member of the Management Board of the Upper Silesian and Zagłębie Metropolis, where he is responsible for matters related to transport and communication, including the construction of the Metropolitan Railway and public procurement. He also supervises the work of the Board of Metropolitan Transport – an organizational unit of the GZM, which from January 1, 2019 performs the functions of the organizer of public transport in the Metropolis and merged three transport unions, operating so far separately.
